what was GIBBO thinking at trick two here ?

Has this anything to do with the GIBBO modifications to initial play of GiB?

If not, how many simulations or what logic suggested not to cash a second diamond looking at Qx in dummy?

I don't know what GIBBO thinks at all
After years getting to know GiB I am still confused by GIBBO
I am hoping we can one day have an AI bot that learns how to play as our partner
I don't care about the opposition bots
