Then we have 14 cards.
I don't understand your posts..
But nevermind
If there are not frequent hands, there just are not
Whatever reason you think serious or non serious 3NT solves a problem that can't be solved otherwise I have no idea
Whatever point you are making is not understood..
Replace the spade 5 with the spade queen, the South hand, now still 13 cards has 19HCP, strong trump support,
facing an opener has serious slam interest, he knowes the combined strength is enough it will be in the 30HCP range,
but lacks a 1st / 2nd round control in hearts.
I prefer to use RKCB only when I have made sure, that I have a 1st / 2nd round control in all the suits, I use RKCB
to check, if we are missing a 1st round control.
With regards to freq., slam auctions are low freq..
But serious NT is not for everyone. I recall a discussion among better players, who said, that they have dropped it again,
because it did not work out for them.
You can replace the functionality with other agreements, that enable either side to limit the strength, e.g. after 2C use 2D as a
default and than whatever. In the original auction, the partnership already reached 3S, without having started the limiting
process, both hands could still be min / max. If this is the case, you need a tool like serious.
