how do you evalve evate hand after your partner suport you suit in sayc.can we add point for both lenth and shortness off suit.ty

SAYC does not, as far as I know, specify any particular method of hand evaluation, so you're free to use whatever methods you like.

As to adding points for both length in some suits and shortage in others, that's a no. Pick one. Or one for opener and the other for responder. Or use some other method - losing trick count, for example.

Always remember that hand evaluation is an art, not a science. B)
