We are in the situation (don't ask!) where about 100 of us have a (growing) list in text format of our login names.
Is there a way to get this list into our Friends list without each of us having to type it out member by member?

While there is no "offical" way to import a friends list, there are a couple of workarounds.
I believe that if you
1) Logoff BBO and close the BBO program completely
2)
create a file named
USERNAME_friends.txt
in your BBO folder (username, of course, is your BBO username, and the default folder is c:\bridge base online\ )
Each line should contain a single username
3)
login to bbo
The file will be sent up to the server, merged into your existing friends list, and deleted.

I don't believe that that will work.

Many thanks for that.
It works a treat, and 90+ people will be very grateful to you!
I shall (of course!) return!:-)
