Membership List Keeping membership lists up-to-date

I posted here a question about uploading one's list of friends, and was delighted with the response.
Now I have a similar question regarding members of a (permanent) Private Club.
In my BBO folder, there seems to be the makings of what I want.
I have a folder:-
C:\Bridge Base Online\members\username
It's empty.
Am I supposed to use it to keep my list of club members, so that they are uploaded at login or something?
If so, what is the filename to use?

The "upload friends list" function was a holdover from an older version and has been removed from version 3.6.x ( the next version ) of the software.

THere is no equivalent function for club member names.

If you have a huge list of members that you want to add to a private club, send an email to uday at you-know-where dot com. Attach the list. Mention the username of the private club, and the password of the managers account ( so i know it is you) . I'll merge them in when i have a free moment
