Penalty. Over the bidder and I couldn't (wouldn't) take a call on the prior round.

(added). By the way, if RHO were to raise diamonds, I think double is now competitive.

And snapdragon makes no sense in any situation here. Josh has convinced me we don't need a bid to show a single suited major once we've passed over 1m.

I did? When did I do that lol. I still would play it as penalty, but there is probably a lot of merit playing it as something like 42 in the majors with at least opening strength.
