Well the only ns bid i agree with is 1. i would bid 2 over 1, or if playing with misho, i would bid 2 over 1 (which is a transfer advance showing 's). And i would not dbl 1 with north hand if south did pass... and if some reason i passed with south's hand over 1, i would not pass the double... which is why pass with the south hand is wrong imho, at this vulnerability.

Agree totally with you Mike. I have seen too many of these "intelligent passes" backfire. We get a paltry penalty and we are in the refrigerator for 3N.
