comfortable 4H for me, some might call me conservative though.

Ok be honest. Who told you that 4♥ is wrong that you are posting this to rub in his face? What did someone want you to do, pass so you can run hearts against 3NT?

hehe, Josh was close... I passed. :)

I later backed in with 5♥ and LHO bid 5♠... Which made 6. Anyway, this was an (in)-sanity check for me.

4H and no I don't play Cappelletti unless playing with a client who insists on it.
Even Mike no longer plays his eponymous convention.

Indeed. There are only two occasions where it's acceptable to play capp:

1. You're payed hefty royalties for it.

2. You're under threat of death.
