Seeing tourney rules once a tourney starts. New feature.

During a tourney a few minutes ago, the host of the tourney reminded us to follow the tourney rules in the conditions of contest page. I had read them once upon a time but wanted to refresh my memory. Alas, conditions of contest are not
accessible are they when the tourney has started and you're at a table?
