I am passing no matter what, but I am guessing you will be asked about the form of scoring and the vulnerability so you may as well stick them in now.
Maybe partner can make 1♥, maybe lho will come in with diamonds, maybe a lot of things but if I pass now then partner will be better able to assess the situation if there is more bidding. And if there isn't, I wish him a diamond lead into his AQx.

Pass - don't bother with vulnerability and scoring. (However the vulnerability is actually given.)

Pass is the "normal" response. Maybe it didn't work this time but the majority of time it will be fine.

It feels like folks are responding to 1m openings with weaker and weaker hands.
I wouldn't be suprise to see folks arguing in favor of a 1♠ response to a 1♦ opening bid.
Be interesting to see what folks recommend over 1♥

If you don't wanna pass this one, you better start playing that system where 1-bids are forcing, EHAA (Every Hand An Adventure).

One level openings bids aren't forcing in EHAA
(One of the distinquishing features of the system was that it had no forcing openings)

We'd probably bid 1♠, if partner bids 2♦ or 2/3♥, probably not good, but often as not partner bids a wide range 1N and we get to play 3♣ or bids 2 or 3 ♠ which is likely to play better than 1♥.

I think responding with this hand is extremely bad no matter what your style is, assuming your opening bids are pretty standard.
1) We have Q J J, which is probably enough to stop them from bidding/making any game, so we have too much to steal.
2) We have 4 spades, so if they do have game, it's probably not going to be 4S.
3) We have a stiff heart.
4) We hate all of partner's most likely rebids if we respond either 1S or 1N.

I pass it. I am pleasantly surprised to see so few people coughing up a 1S bid on subminimum cards.
Can't imagine anything besides those two possibilities crossing anybody's mind.
