I'm a proud parent!!! First child, Charlene Burdetta Rexford, born 10/30/2011.

Yesterday, I went to see her and gave her a hand that I was dealt on Thursday, asking Charlee about my decision to open 1NT and then super-accept the spade transfer. She pooped her diapers.
"Gibberish in, gibberish out. A trial judge, three sets of lawyers, and now three appellate judges cannot agree on what this law means. And we ask police officers, prosecutors, defense lawyers, and citizens to enforce or abide by it? The legislature continues to write unreadable statutes. Gibberish should not be enforced as law."

Amazing. That is the same reaction that I have when I read your posts!

Congrats!

My partners have been known to express themselves similarly. I recall the joys of parenthood. The burping, the changing, the colic, ah yes. Better you than me.

Seriously great congratulations to Mom, Dad and Charlene.

Congrats, my partners usually have that reaction after opps have doubled and I put down the dummy.

Congratulations.

Nice to see that you can create something the world can use besides empathetic splinters and two level cue bids.

Congratulations Ken! Of course, this probably marks the end of your professional bridge career, but I think you made the right move all the same. ;) :P
