Could you be more specific? What's the problem? Is it because it says 10 tables but only shows 6 players? 4 players dropped out before the end of the tourney, so they don't get on the leaderboard.

Not a problem... I was just amused that there were no negative scores... I guess if you aren't gonna win, you might as well quit?

I do believe it is possible for an IMP tournament to be all positive...although unlikely.

I don't think that's possible if everyone stays in -- the final scores have to add up to 0.

I noticed that about all the positive scores -- it kind of makes it look like you have to go plus to make it onto the leaderboard, but I think it was just chance. Two of the players dropped out after board 7, and they had really bad scores. One of them had no plus scores, and his total at the time was about -37.7 -- it's amazing he lasted as long as he did. The other had only two plus scores, and his total was -14.75. A third player dropped out after board 1, on which he had a small negative, and the 4th player was fractionally positive when he dropped out after board 3.

Since it was a free tournament, there's very little reason to stay in when you're doing poorly. You don't even have the feeling that you paid for N boards, so you might as well play them.

Say you have a situation where every board in the tournament is fouled by Director error. Then every contestant gets Av+ for every board and noone has withdrawn. The IMPs only have to add up to zero if there are no scores where the N-S result is different from the E-W result (and there are no penalties).

There are no directors or adjustments in robot tourneys. And even in ordinary tourneys, BBO doesn't allow assigning unbalanced scores.

So you're correct for real-life tourneys, but it can't happen on BBO.
