1D-2D
3S splinter
enthusiastic cuebidding, which I hope ends in 6D, but a real risk of getting to 7, with all the aces and kings and solid trumps.
Malfoir:
1C-2NT(13-15 or 18+)-3D-cuebids-6D. Again I am not sure I can diagnose the 3-3 hearts and lack of queens in time to avoid 7D.

1♣-2NT (12+ BAL, 4+controls)
3♦-4♦ (we're forced to 4NT anyway, so...)
No idea how it goes from there, but North may not let South slow down. These are the kind of 17s I want to take out of 1♣ and treat as reverser reds, for exactly this reason. But that's way too pessimistic.
We might get to 6NT, too, but at least it's from the right side. Go ahead, find the ♠K lead off the top...

1♣-1♠ : forcing, art, 16+; game force, 8+ hcp, 2+ controls, balanced [4333, 4432] or both reds
1nt-2♦ : relay; two suits of same color OR minor 4333
2♥-2♠ : relay; minor 4333
2nt-3♦ : relay; 3=3=4=3
3♥-4♠ : relay; 7 controls (A=2; K=1)
4nt-5nt : relay; one of the top 2 cards in each suit, no diamond Q
6♦ : to play

1♣ 1nt
It thought 1nt(9-11 balanced) and 2nt (13-16 balanced) were equal choices in imps. I chose 1nt as the match point value was higher.
2♦ 2♥
2♥ was 4+ natural and won the sim by 0.3 imps from 2♠.
3♣ 4♦
4♦ beat 3♦ by 0.1 imps in the sim.
4nt(RKCB) 5♣
6♦ maybe this is all a bit pointless but anyway it is getting to an ok contract each time so far even if the bids seem mad.

2D 2NT (12+ balanced)
3C 3D
3H 3S
4C 4D (RKCB)
5C (2 + Q) 5NT (grand try)
6D (no thanks) P

2D--2H (D>C, GF rel)
3C--3D (1354, D Rkc)
rest is easy

I happen to think it's a very noble way to meet one's maker, especially for a guy like him.

1♦ - 3♣
3♥ - 3N
4♣ - 4N
5♣ - 5♥
6♦
Translation:
S: Overcall, N: this one takes some explaining... North is pretending East opened 1♣ and partner overcalled 1♦ (as usual for the system) but then West raised to 2♣, so this bid shows a diamond fit and invitational or better values (which is prety strong considering S could have 8 points with a good diamond suit)
S: heart stopper and non-minimum values for the overcall, N: stoppers in clubs and spades
S: Gerber, N: 3 aces
S: Gerber, N: 1 king
S: to play
Akward auction. On a really bad day, South might even let things languish in 3N (though he shouldn't, given the strength that N showed with the phantom cuebid).

P - 1♠ (Opening hand, GF response)
2♦ - 3NT (natural, 4-3-3-3 hand)
4NT - 6NT (invite, accept)
edit: the south hand passes to show an opening hand

1♦-1♠ 16+, excluding GF / 8+ almost any
2♥-2♠ single-suited ♠ OR short ♠ OR both minors / relay
3♦-4N both minors, longer ♦ / RKCB
5♠-6♦ 2 with Q / to play
The jump to Keycard is inelegant, but it works because N has such good controls and because S has promised at least 5-4 (and in that case will have quite concentrated values).

Did South limit their hand at some point? I cannot see why North has not made some kind of grand try here. How would the bidding be different if South had the ♣Q?

South is still unlimited - we tend to be quite cautious about looking for grands since (95% of the time) we are playing in a field where bidding the slam is enough to win IMPs. It's possible that N uses another method to look for slam - 4♦ should be a nebulous slam try, asking for first-round controls - but we would have difficulty locating the ♣Q on any sequence. It's the knowledge that we can't find out that makes us stop in 6.

1C - 1D; (12--16 "any" unbal / 15--17 bal -- Relay, 0-7 or GF)
2D - 2H; (5+D, no 4 card major, unbal -- GF relay)
2S - 2N; (4 clubs -- Relay)
3C - 3D; (High shortness -- Relay)
3H - 4D; (1-3-5-4 -- Sets diamonds as trump suit, "natural" continuation)
4H - 4S; (cue bids)
5C - 5D; (cue bid -- suggestion to play, but slam interest with 4D)
6D - P;
North could ask for aces and kings, but the bidding would get pretty high. DCB would probably handle this one better too. Since south has a maximum (even though the sQ isn't that great) I think we would get to slam.

1♣ - 1♥ = 4+♠ or balanced & 11+ hcp -
1♠ = Relay - 1NT = balanced -
2♦ = SAB - 3♥ = 7 Controls and 3+♦ -
3♠ = CAB - 4♦ = A only -
How do I ask for Queens? Oh well, 6♦ All pass
