After 1nt,Gib N rebid 2♣ as nmf with 4 card ♠,and then pass my 2♠,I think it should rebid 2nt as invitation.I am wondering why rebid 2♣.

I'd prefer North to pass 1NT and not invite with 10HCP (yes, plus three tens) opposite a max of 14HCP. I expect that North is counting his hand as 11 total points, including one for a heart doubleton, so he feels the need to invite.

The explanation of 2S is truncated. Does it also show a minimum 1N rebid in addition to the delayed 3 card Spade support? That might explain why North felt that there was no profit in moving further.

I don't know the reasons, maybe it is a strange thing.
It is a known bug with the hand presentation software. It has been around for a long time and there is no known fix nor apparently any prospect for correcting it.
I think that it only happens with the explanation of bids ranked on the far right of the diagram, normally South.

It has been fixed previously for
1m - 1M
1N - 2om
Fixed in next version and for 1♥ - 1♠.
So
- with INV values and 5+♠ GIB would use NMF
- with GF values and 4+♠ GIB would use NMF
- with INV but bal 4th♠, GIB would invite directly ( 11-12HCP )
otherwise ( like here in example ) GIB would pass.
