As I recall from earlier occasions when this has been raised in this forum, when you get an explanation that looks like
"4+ ♣; ...; 3-card ♣"
then the second reference to "3-card ♣" is some sort of reference to suit quality, not suit length. The first reference is suit length, not suit quality.
