Gib：how to creat forcing sequences in this hand?

As you know,2♠ as a new suit is not forcing in the competitive auction,now there is a new problem.
For north player,how to look for ♠ fit? how to creat forcing sequences?
For example:
1- north player play "Double",but it is takeout,then Gib W will rebid 2h,now it is your turn,bid non-forcing 2♠due to 2♠ regarded as invitation?
2- jump 3♠? I don't know its exact meanings,I guess it may be Soloway jump bid,16P+,decent 6-card suit.....

Now I don't know how to take next action in this hand,can you help me?

Based on the description provided for 2♠, it is an unlimited bid; if it is not forcing, it should have an upper limit.
