1- For 3♣ and 4♣,Gib S claimed to have 12hcp,tell a lie twice.
2- For 4♥,Gib N claimed to have 3-♣.

I think it's the descriptions of 3♣ and 3♥ that are bad, not the bids themselves. And North's failure to eventually support clubs, of course.
