I overbid as S to see what would happen. Also, I'd hoped ♣KQ weren't tight. Any passive lead wins as there's no way to develop tricks, unless E pitches a spade or something.
Instead, W chose to lead its ♥A for some reason. The contract is still down after that (need to lose a spade and a heart) but W chose to continue hearts despite GIB E's discouraging 4, handing me the contract.

Maybe West thinks 3N denied ♥K.

Interesting question, Why would Gib lead A♥ when south probably has K♥. so not leading ♥ is likely off 1 or 2.

Yet GIB wont lead A against 7N for a sure + score.

You are joking, of course. If 3N denied the Heart King to West, it denied it also to North.
