I once executed a very similar winkle as well. Lemme see if I can recall the end position
Playing NT, this was the position, and I knew it from the fall of the cards. South is on lead, needing 3 of the remaining 4 tricks. The ♣7 was led and RHO had the choice between discarding a small spade and be endplayed (his table choice) or the spade ace and see dummy taking the last 2 tricks.
