In our GNT final this trump suit reared it's head.

At our table they played a quiet 5H by banging down the Ace first

At my teammates table, they reached 6H. Declarer led the first round of hearts from dummy.

Fortunately our opponent didn't ten on the first round.

Depends if declarer thinks you're capable of playing it from K107, if not he plays you for 107 and goes down.
