Having played with GIB for several years now, I don't think I have ever seen a call quite as bizarre as the 4H out of nowhere here. Possibly an unintended consequence of the most recent update? I don't know but BBO needs to act now if GIB is going to be making bids like this regularly.

Looks like it skipped a bid, East was supposed to bid 4H not North. Where was this hand played?

GIB has been bidding pretty good lately but this one really caught me off guard
I notice there were mixed raise cue bids which I don't remember seeing in past

For reference, this is not a server glitch where a shaky connection somehow ends up with the wrong data about who bid coming through. This is replicable and an issue with the actual bidding database.

And was replicated at other tables as well.

I know for certain this is being fixed in the next version.
Please let me know about any questions or interest or bug reports about GIB.

This should be fixed now. There was a small GIB update today, with few tweaks and fixes including this particular bug.

The way I do it is create a blank handviewer link using the Hand Editor button. This will give you something like this:

[hv=pc=n&s=shdc&w=shdc&n=shdc&e=shdc]399|300[/hv]

Then find the link to the hand, and replace everything in the first square brackets apart from the initial hv= with the link to the hand so you get

[hv=(link)]399|300[/hv]
.
As an example:

[hv=http://www.bridgebase.com/tools/handviewer.html?sn=manudude03&s=SAT2HAKQ98DJT2CQ6&wn=Robot&w=SQJ974H2DK965CJ74&nn=Robot&n=SK83HJT43DA73CK83&en=Robot&e=S65H765DQ84CAT952&d=e&v=n&b=2&a=P1N(notrump%20opener.%20Could%20have%205M.%20--%202-5%20%21C%3B%202-5%20%21D%3B%202-5%20%21H%3B%202-5%20%21S%3B%2015-17%20HCP%3B%2018-%20total%20points)P2C(Stayman%20--)P2H(2-5%20%21C%3B%202-5%20%21D%3B%204-5%20%21H%3B%202-4%20%21S%3B%2015-17%20HCP%3B%2018-%20total%20points)P4HPPP&p=C4C3C9CQHAH2H3H5HKS4H4H7H8CJHTH6C8CTC6C7S5S2S9SKCKCAH9D6SAS7S3S6STSQS8D4SJD3C5HQDJD9DAD8HJC2D2D5D7DQDTDK]399|300[/hv]

gives you:

Yes I deleted your previous attempt. You can keep editing the same post though, there's a preview function that lets you see what it would look like before you hit post.

Thanks diana. Can I delete a post or does admin have to do it?

I know about the preview. I've created handviewer diagrams manually and pasted tinyurl links into my posts, but was trying to combine the two with no success so far. I've seen some some of the explanations but has yet to sink in.

Will come back to this later and play around some more.
