I have often thought that the Robot "cheats" as I found that it reneges occasionally but just found that it thinks it can take that last remaining Heart led in 3NT with the Ace of Spades. Need to fix it as the "score" posted at the end of 4 hands is obviously incorrect.

You'll need to post a link to the hand you're talking about.

It was in BBO "Bridge 4 hands" and unfortunately I am unsure either how to or whether it can be retrieved. I had control of the first 11 tricks taking the first Diamond trick with the Ace and running my remaining 5 diamonds and then running my 5 good Hearts next with the 3 as the last remaining Heart (which was taken by the Ace of Spades???) At the end of the hand you could clearly see that I should have had 11 tricks ....6 Diamonds and 5 Hearts but was given 10 for the score due to the Spade mistake.

I think it is far more likely that you are mistaken in what you think you saw,

Most likely is that you saw the ace of spades, and didn't see the small winning heart played by the other robot. GIB often plays its cards in an unusual order, dropping a high card on the second to last round to make you think your last card is high when it's not.

There was no mistake on my part as I could count the cards at the end of the hand when the cards were all visible. This is not the first time this has happened and mentioning it to others at our Bridge Club they have thought that the robot reneges also.

In that case I'd suggest taking screenshots of the results and the key tricks next time - that's the only way you could really conclusively prove it wasn't a human error.
