On the surface it seems like GIBBO went nuts with 5 HCP, it seems I should have bid 3C. I did not check blurb somehow confident it was 8+ or even 10+ as I have seen in the past.

Your thoughts?

It gets to 8+ by counting singleton.
Double was for takeout.
Not sure why doesn't simply raise. You must have 4+D. But Gib may not be updating your meaning based on later pass.
