If the bidding doesn't make sense to you, this was a couple of randoms playing on BBO, so don't expect it to.

West leads the 9 of clubs, and there is exactly one way to make the contract..

.. winning the first club and cashing diamonds squeezes East in the other three suits. East must come down to a singleton spade, after which you cash the Ace before throwing them in in clubs, endplaying them into giving you an extra heart trick.

Perhaps somewhat viable at the table if you can get a read on how difficult East is finding it to discard? Though a heart finesse may still come out on top.

the only lead to beat the contract is the 6 of clubs, as if you try the same tactic, East can duck the club through to West's 9.

I don't think it's impossible to find this after the overcall. The problem IMO isn't that the heart finesse is an alternative, it's that you have to guess the shape. IMO if East pitches two spades and a heart, the percentage play might be to play him for 3=2=2=6 or 4=2=2=5 and to try to drop his ♥K.

I don't think the 6!c works either, as now you can duck the first trick. Win the spade switch, and squeeze again.

If you duck, opponents will just continue clubs. You now no longer have a club in dummy to exit with after you cash the Ace of spades.
