Doubtful

5332 is a sterile distribution
Those T98s might actually be worth something on defense
You have no heart honors which makes it more likely that the opp's can convert for penalty
You are sure about strain if doubled

I may bid 1♥ here if I'm at -30 IMPs towards the end of a Friday evening club tournament, but 5332 is just not good enough shape to overcall with few points. It is not a psych, but just a light overcall because partner has passed.

2H may throw enough sand in their clockwork, and even if the hit you, you may still get out with a plus.
Even when trying to have fun, I want to have some plus eq. in the bid.
