hi dear bridge community,
I need experts to decide whether given board auction
is real or manipulated?
it is a challenge contest against a bridge star,
if you play conventional way you lose and never beat a star,
but I tried another way and was shocked what I saw,
now please refer to this link:
https://play.intobri...9cf3115518529ff

and tell whether there is cheating against those who challenge
this bridge star

very best regards

Your link can't be viewed by anyone else; it just redirects to the IntoBridge homepage.

Be very careful before (in essence) suggesting that dank is a cheat. I suspect I know him…if so, we’re friendly and have mutual friends. If he is who I think you’re talking about, I very, very much doubt that he cheated you. Imo, he’s a fine and ethical player.

Terence Reese once wrote, and I paraphrase if only because the term he used for the unskilled player would be an anachronism now, if the average player could read the mind of an expert as the expert plays the hand, he wouldn’t believe it.

Tell you what….go onto BBO and play their level 5 BridgeMaster hands. Get most of them right the first time and then I’ll see you as someone who has the skill needed to understand how an expert plays. Until then, my suggestion is that you’re way out of your depth….so far beyond your level, when competing against him, that you don’t even know it. I’ve never spoken to dank about it but I suspect he’d get just about every one right the first time.

To paraphrase another excellent writer, not about bridge….any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic. To an average player, the intellectual tools, and knowledge, a top pro brings to the game may look like magic…or cheating.

Then post the hand, using the hand editor here and give the bidding.

The OP isn't suggesting this at all; they're talking about players who are participating in the challenge against him.

Ok. I suspect a language issue. As someone who is hopeless in other languages I empathize. I will take your word for it. Still need more info to conclude that anyone is cheating
