http://tinyurl.com/3kresf7 - I don't feel that my 2NT should show 15-17 HCP. I feel that it just denies support for either suit and doesn't have good , like the hand I have. This wouldn't have even come up, if GIB would just rebid 3 instead of 2 with that dump. I would have passed, and we would be in a decent contract.

http://tinyurl.com/3jckyl6 - The North hand is only worth 8 total points (because I feel that ANY 4333 should lose a point) and therefore should pass 2. Even if you disagree, 9 HCP is still only worth an invite, which I would pass and save 100 points. I reported this hand, however I want to get some opinions on my view of any 4333. For the record, I checked the K&R evaluator, and K&R gave my hand 15.40, while DK gave it 15.

In deed why can't it takeout double or bid one spade on the first hand without a clear suit it doesn't have 11 total points.

Double looks much more obvious on the first hand by North. And in a strong NT system, you can't play a 3rd-round bid of NT as 15-17 because then you run into trouble on hands like that, or have to rebid a 5-card suit three times. More holes in GIB's database it seems!

On the first hand, it's also problematic that it calls 15-17 invitational opposite 11+.

FWIW, here's how I understand GIB to work in regards to the second hand. GIB starting by bidding Stayman is quite normal. Once it knows that there's a heart fit what GIB does is run simulations to decide what to do. When playing with the standard robots the sample size of those simulations is relatively small. So, it decided that based upon the results that bidding 4 was the winning bid. This time it didn't work out but statistically it should in the long run.
